Employers are no longer required to proactively provide Form 1095-C to employees. This form is not required to file your taxes; however, you should keep it for your records.
If you would like to receive a copy of your Form 1095-C, you can contact the NorthWestern Energy Benefits department with your request by phone, email, or mail.
