Bright ideas to save: Heating for a crowd

When entertaining a large group of people, lower the thermostat a degree or two before the guests arrive. Otherwise, your house may begin to feel too hot when it’s full of people.

Carbon monoxide safety tip:

Make sure you have a working carbon monoxide alarm installed on every level of your home, especially around sleeping areas, and test your alarms every month.
